Home is Where the Heart Is – Part 1,2,3 Presented by Jennifer Gauthier of AHS
You can attend 1 or all 3 workshops.

Part 1 – Monday, February 24, 2025
6:30-7:30pm
Join us as we discuss the Continuing Care services available in Northern Alberta to support people through the aging process. We will discuss home care services available in your home and the different levels of care available in our community.

Part 2 – Monday, March 3, 2025
6:30-7:30pm
We will review a Home Safety Checklist and discuss modifications that will improve your ability to stay in your home as long as you wish.

Part 3 – Monday, March 24, 2025
6:30-7:30pm
Preparing for Emergencies. We will look at the importance of emotional and social preparedness and get information on what you’ll need for a 72 hour shelter in place and grab and go kit.

These workshops are free, but we ask that you register so we have an idea of how many people to expect and to help with snack and refreshment purchase.
